About Us

Growing up in Cambodia, my family used to cook together and have picnics as a way to enjoy each other’s company. Those picnics became some of my best childhood memories. When I moved to the Upper Valley, I saw families and friends on the Lebanon Green sharing laughter and excitement together, which brought back those good memories. I thought I could contribute to that Lebanon Green experience with tasty, fresh food for all families and friends to share.  After discussing with my family, in 2015 we started selling food at the Hanover farmers market. A lot of people seemed to love our food, so we thought we could open a food truck. After hard work and saving that same year, we bought a food truck so everyone in Hanover and Lebanon could try our Cambodian cuisine. In the truck, we served Lebanon at lunch and Hanover at dinner time, but only in the summer months. We dreamed of having a permanent location where our food lovers can come and enjoy our food all year round.

In 2016, we opened our first permanent location in Lebanon, NH specializing in pick-up orders. In 2018, we opened our second permanent location in White River Junction, VT available for dining in. We are excited to be able to share our food with more people all year round.
